Smoking

If you’ve tried and failed to give up smoking, you’ll know how hard it can be. And if you’ve tried doing this on your own, unsupported by compassionate help and advice, you’ll know it’s especially hard – particularly as you wrestle with the fatigue, irritability and hunger pangs common in the early withdrawal phase.

Talking to Joshua will help identify some of the environmental, lifestyle and even dietary factors that might be prompting and exacerbating your cravings, such as drinking alcohol, or going to a party, or dealing with stressful situations at work and home.

The aim of treatment is to help you deal with the symptoms of nicotine withdrawal and support your mental health and wellbeing through the process, through a combination of acupuncture, homeopathy and counselling.

How we can help:

  • Alleviation of withdrawal symptoms
  • Improved sense of wellbeing
