Talking to Joshua will help identify some of the environmental, lifestyle and even dietary factors that might be prompting and exacerbating your cravings, such as drinking alcohol, or going to a party, or dealing with stressful situations at work and home.
The aim of treatment is to help you deal with the symptoms of nicotine withdrawal and support your mental health and wellbeing through the process, through a combination of acupuncture, homeopathy and counselling.
