Joshua is the most experienced Alexander Technique practitioner in Manchester and the North West with over 35 years’ experience helping people improve their posture.
The Alexander Technique is a proven self-care practice that reduces pain, increases mobility and provides long-term pain relief.
Each session will be tailored to your specific needs, through listening to your symptoms and observing your movement, giving you the tools to improve your patterns of movement and habitual postures.
The technique engages your body’s central support system to help reduce straining and overusing your body’s surface muscles, and teaches you carry out routine activities such as lifting, walking, climbing stairs, getting out of a car/bed/chair, reaching and climbing stairs without pain.
